Attaining proficiency in a foreign language holds paramount significance in today's globalized landscape. Consequently, this study aims to furnish essential insights enabling educators to select the most effective online tools for fostering dynamic English language learning through technology. The article comprises a literature review employing qualitative methodology, focusing on the utilization of online tools within the EFL classroom. To identify publications meeting the researcher's criteria, an extensive search was conducted in the Google Scholar database, emphasizing abstracts, results, and conclusions. A notable advantage of utilizing Internet resources for English instruction lies in their inherent flexibility. Scrutinizing online resources reveals their role in cultivating supportive and competitive environments, thereby enhancing speaking skills, pronunciation, and overall fluency. Moreover, these resources expedite idea generation during conversations, elevate motivation, facilitate peer learning, enrich vocabulary through reading, encourage meaningful discussions, and alleviate apprehension. Additionally, the study underscores that effective tool utilization may pose challenges for students, yet dedicated practice and guidance prove instrumental in overcoming these barriers and achieving successful learning outcomes.
